Real Estate Continuing Education Courses – Kansas

To renew your Kansas real estate broker or salesperson license, you must complete 12 hours of approved Kansas real estate continuing education courses every two-year renewal period.

KREC License Renewal Requirements

TAll Kansas Licensees must complete 12 hours of CE credits to meet the KREC license renewal requirements.

Kansas salespersons and brokers must complete the three (3) hours of mandatory Continuing Education called “Kansas Required Core.”

The remaining nine (9) hours of CE credits can be on Kansas-approved Continuing Education topics of your choosing.

Please note that KREC license renewal requires that all unit exams be passed with a score of 90% or more to receive the CE credit and course certificate.

You can take the full 12-hour CE course to meet the KREC continuing education requirements or choose 9 hours from the elective real estate CE courses.

The course is active for six months from the date of purchase. We offer the 7th month for free if needed. If your course has been active for 7 months or more, you can purchase one-month extensions. It is possible to have the course extended up to one year by purchasing monthly extensions online.
