A state-approved online real estate school, established in September 2014 and led by a licensed real estate broker.
MLS Campus is an online real estate school, established in September 2014 by Tony Remmouche and operated by MLS Campus Inc. We teach the courses states require to get and keep a real estate license: pre-license, post-license, broker education, state exam prep and continuing education. Every course is 100% online and self-paced.
We started out serving Florida students, and the school has grown steadily since. Tens of thousands of students have now studied with MLS Campus. Today we serve students in Florida, Texas, New York and Virginia, with state exam prep in Maryland and California. “MLS” stands for Multiple Listing Service, the shared property database real estate agents work in every day.

MLS Campus is run by its founder, Tony Remmouche, a licensed real estate broker in Florida and Maryland with more than 20 years of experience in real estate. Tony oversees every course and how it's taught, so what you learn reflects how the business actually works, not just what the exam asks.
All course packages except Basic include an AI-powered study assistant, on hand 24/7 to answer your questions and help you with your exam prep. When you'd rather talk to a person, our team is on the phone Monday to Friday and answers email seven days a week.
Read the lessons, listen to them, or watch them. Audio versions, video lessons and visual summaries mean the same course works for readers, listeners and visual learners, on a phone, tablet or computer.
In each state we serve, we teach every step: pre-license, post-license, broker education and continuing education. You won't need to find a new school after your exam or at renewal time.
Our state approval numbers are published below, each with a link to the regulator's own lookup, so you don't have to take our word for it.
As of October 2026, entry packages start at $97 for Florida's 63-hour sales associate course, $99 for Virginia's 60-hour salesperson course, $119 for New York's 77-hour salesperson course and $289 for Texas's 180 hours. Current prices are on each course page.
Each course we sell in these states is approved by that state's real estate regulator. You can check every number on the regulator's own website.

Each individual course also carries its own state course number, listed on that course's page.
Because we cover each step, from the first course through renewals years later, students can stay with one school for their whole licensing path.
People learn in different ways, so we build our courses to support more than one. We're always adding modern teaching methods, and our courses are continuously developed to keep students engaged and to encourage them at each step of their education.
September 2014: Tony Remmouche founded MLS Campus to teach Florida real estate licensing courses online.
Since then: the school has expanded state by state, adding New York, Texas and Virginia, along with broker, post-license and continuing education courses, Maryland and California exam prep, audio versions of courses and, most recently, the AI study assistant.
Today: tens of thousands of students have studied with MLS Campus, and courses and teaching methods continue to be developed.
Tony founded MLS Campus in September 2014 and leads the school today. A licensed real estate broker in Florida and Maryland with more than 20 years of experience in real estate, Tony holds instructor qualifications from ARELLO and the State of Florida.
Tony oversees every MLS Campus course and the way each one is taught, including the new teaching tools the school keeps adding, and is committed to quality courses that give students every chance to earn their license and build a successful career. That commitment comes from years spent mentoring and teaching students how to succeed in real estate.

Yes. MLS Campus is approved by the real estate regulator in each state where we sell pre-license courses: Florida DBPR real estate school license ZH1002474 (CE course sponsor #456), Texas TREC qualifying education provider #701091-QP and continuing education provider #10679-CEP, New York Department of State approved school (course approval codes D01065 and J01065; ARELLO course numbers 10129 and 10543) and Virginia DPOR school license 0211001323. Each number can be checked on the regulator's website using the links above.
Real estate pre-license schools aren't accredited the way colleges are. Instead, each state's real estate regulator approves the school and its courses. MLS Campus holds those approvals in Florida, Texas, New York and Virginia, and our New York courses are also ARELLO certified (course numbers 10129 and 10543). ARELLO is the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials.
