Missouri Real Estate License Renewal Process

You can complete your CE courses at any time during your renewal period, but it’s important to note that you cannot renew your license until you have completed your required CE hours. The MREC sends out renewal notices 90 days before the expiration date, so be sure to keep an eye out for it.

Renewal Deadline for Missouri Real Estate License

If you do not renew your license within six months after the expiration date, you will need to retake the real estate licensing exam.
