The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to every course. The free course retake is included with Deluxe, Premium and Ultimate packages.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with your course, tell us within 30 days of buying it and we will refund you in full.

You do not need to give a reason. The only condition is that you have not taken your end-of-course final exam yet – once you have sat that, you have had the whole course.

That is it. Email us from the address on your account and the money goes back to your original payment method, normally within 10 business days.

2. Free course retake

Included with Deluxe, Premium and Ultimate packages.

If your state says you have to repeat the course, you will not pay for it twice.

Every state sets a limit on how many times you can sit your end-of-course exam. Use up your attempts without passing, and the rules require you to take the course again before you can sit the exam.

When that happens, we give you the course back at no charge – all your lessons and study materials re-opened, and a fresh set of exam attempts.

The retake is available for up to one year from the day you bought the course. Your access does not need to still be running – if it lapsed inside that year, the retake re-opens it for whatever is left.

Florida. Where Florida Real Estate Commission rules require you to repeat the 63-hour or 72-hour course after an unsuccessful end-of-course exam, we provide the repeat course at no extra cost on every package, including Basic.

How many attempts do I get? That is set by your state regulator, not by us – the number, any waiting period between attempts, and any deadline for re-sitting. You will find the rules for your course in your course materials. We do not add conditions of our own, and we cannot waive your state rules.

What the retake covers: the course again, free, with everything in your original package. What it does not: your state licensing exam fees, application or fingerprinting fees, or anything that was not in your original package. It is a free course, not a refund – no money comes back under this one.

You cannot use both on the same purchase – but they never overlap in practice, because one applies before you have taken your final exam and the other only after.

The details

To qualify for either, you need to have bought your course directly from mlscampus.com – not from a reseller, marketplace, employer, brokerage, or as a gift.

Start early. The retake runs to the end of your one-year course period, not beyond it. If you leave your exam to the last few weeks – and some states make you wait between attempts – there may not be much of the year left to repeat the course in. The sooner you sit your exam, the more the guarantee is worth to you.

What these guarantees do not cover. They apply to our courses. Exam-prep products and course extensions are not covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee or the free retake. If an order contains more than one item, the terms for each item apply to that item.

Once each. Both are available once per student, on one course, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for anything else.

Do I need a reason to get the 30-day refund?
No. If you are not happy, that is reason enough. The only condition is that you have not sat your end-of-course final exam yet – once you have taken it, the refund window has closed.
What if I have started the course but not finished it?
Still fine, as long as you are inside 30 days and have not taken the final exam. Working through the material does not cost you the refund.
How many times can I sit my course exam?
Your state decides, and it varies by state and by course type. The rules for your course are set out in your course materials. We follow them exactly – we do not limit your attempts further, and we cannot give you extra ones.
I failed my course exam once. Can I retake the course now?
Not yet – you still have attempts left. Use them first. The free retake is for when your attempts have run out and your state requires you to repeat the course.
Does the retake give me my money back?
No. It gives you the course again, free, for the rest of your year. If you want money back, that is the 30-day guarantee.
My course access already expired. Am I too late?
Not if it is still within a year of buying it. The retake re-opens your access for whatever is left of that year.
Is this the same as the state licensing exam?
No. The retake is about your end-of-course exam – the one we set, which you need to pass to receive your certificate of completion. Your state licensing exam is booked and paid for separately with your state testing provider, and this guarantee does not cover its fees or attempts.
Will I get the same exam again?
No. Where your state requires a different version of the exam for a repeat, you will be given one.
